We provide guidance on the design of medical studies, aiding in selecting the appropriate sample size, randomisation, and planning of statistical analysis. Once the data collection has been completed, we offer advice on the statistical analysis of the data. If complex and challenging calculations prove necessary, we are equipped to carry them out at the Institute if requested.
Consulting at the Statistical Clinic

Prior to the consultation, we ask you to send a short description of your project via our online form (a link will be provided by email). Consultations are carried out in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and the Guidelines for Data Transfer.
Information for Students
Medical students (Diplomstudium Humanmedizin UN 202) receive statistical counselling for their diploma thesis in the “Statistics Methods Seminar”. Registration is done through MedCampus.
